Terms & Conditions

The terms governing use of the ATX Commercial Roofing Pros website and our commercial roofing services in Austin, TX.

Last updated · June 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ATX Commercial Roofing Pros website at austintxcommercialroofing.com (the "Site") and your engagement of our commercial roofing in Austin services. By using the Site or requesting an inspection, estimate, or roofing work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are

ATX Commercial Roofing Pros is a commercial roofing contractor based in Austin, Texas, serving Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, and the surrounding metro. You can reach us at (512) 529-2072 or atxcommercialroofingpros@gmail.com.

Estimates, proposals & pricing

Any pricing ranges shown on this Site are general planning figures, not quotes. A binding price for your project is provided only in a written proposal after an on-site inspection of your roof. Proposals are valid for the period stated on the proposal itself; material costs can move, and a proposal may be re-quoted if it expires or if the scope changes once work is underway and concealed conditions (for example, deteriorated decking or wet insulation discovered at tear-off) are uncovered.

Scheduling & access

Commercial roofing work depends on weather, material lead times, and safe roof access. We schedule in good faith and keep you informed, but we are not liable for delays caused by weather, supplier shortages, permitting, or conditions outside our reasonable control. You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the building and roof, and to identify known hazards (skylights, weak decking, rooftop equipment, live electrical) before work begins.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and progress draws, are set out in your written proposal. Balances are due as stated there. See our Cancellation Policy for how deposits are handled if a project is cancelled, and our Warranty Policy for what is and isn't covered after completion.

Insurance claims

We frequently document storm and hail damage and work alongside your insurance carrier and adjuster. We do not act as a public adjuster, do not negotiate your claim on your behalf, and cannot guarantee that any claim will be approved or that any specific amount will be paid. Coverage decisions rest entirely with you and your insurer. We will not waive, rebate, or absorb your insurance deductible; doing so is unlawful in Texas, and any proposal that appears to promise it is void.

Website content & intellectual property

The content on this Site — text, layout, graphics, and logos — belongs to ATX Commercial Roofing Pros unless otherwise noted, and is provided for general information about our services. You may not copy or republish it for commercial use without permission. The Site is provided "as is," and while we work to keep it accurate, we don't warrant that every figure or description is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATX Commercial Roofing Pros's liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in question. Our liability for completed roofing work is governed by your written contract and our Warranty Policy, not by this Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our services or legal requirements change. The current version always lives on this page, with the "last updated" date above.
